In response to our growing clientele, we have an excellent opportunity to join our team of professionals! We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator.

The right candidate will be able to complete the following:

- Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
- Prepare master format estimates (Class A)
- Prepare elemental format estimates (Classes B, C, D)
- Estimate pre-contract costs
- Utilize quantity take-off procedures
- Analyze tenders and recommend awards
- Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors
- Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates

‍Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses:
- Gold Seal Membership in the Canadian Construction Association
- Membership in the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors
- Membership in the Professional Corporation for Estimators

- $1,500,001 - $4,000,000
- $100,001 - $500,000
