PAC Building Group respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and how you can access or correct it.
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, the project's location, type and timing, and anything you include in your message.
When you register as a trade partner, we collect your contact details, company and website, the trades, regions and sectors you work in, your typical contract size and labour status, whether you are in good standing with WSIB or CNESST, your COR certification and bonding, and any notes you add.
If you apply for a job, we collect your résumé and the details you send us.
Our website also collects technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and how you arrived at the site.

We use your information to answer your inquiry, prepare proposals, review trade partner registrations and invite partners to bid, assess job applications, run and improve our website, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not make decisions about you based only on automated processing.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It runs only if you choose Accept in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. When it runs, it sets cookies and collects usage data that Google processes on our behalf. Google reCAPTCHA, which loads on our pages to protect our forms from spam, collects device and usage information under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The table below lists each cookie and similar item the site uses.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host and our email and analytics providers, and only as needed for that purpose, or when the law requires it. Some of these providers store information outside Ontario, Québec or Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected or as the law requires, then we delete or anonymize it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use or disclosure. If a privacy incident creates a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the privacy regulators as the law requires.
You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal limits. Québec residents also have the rights set out in Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, including the right to receive the computerized personal information they gave us in a structured, commonly used technological format. We respond to requests within 30 days.
