We refurbished the residential corridors, elevator lobbies and parking-level access points of this fully occupied 17-storey downtown Toronto condominium, with custom suite doors and high-end finishes throughout. Accessible ramps were added at P1 and P2, and all work was phased to keep disruption to residents low. Completed in 2024.
