PAC Awarded the Sandalwood Park Sports Field House in Brampton

PAC Building Group was awarded the general contract for the new Sandalwood Park Sports Field House at 130 Conestoga Drive in Brampton, following a public tender by the City of Brampton. Construction began in October 2026.

Municipal projects carry a higher bar: procurement portals, bonding and insurance requirements, and a documented trail on every submission. Earning the work is the first step. Delivering it to that standard is what builds the next reference.

The field house joins PAC's growing record of institutional work for municipalities, school boards and public agencies across Ontario. Progress updates will follow as the building takes shape.
