PAC Awarded the Renovation of Kitchener City Hall

PAC Building Group was awarded the general contract for renovation work at Kitchener City Hall, following a competitive public tender process. Work is now underway.

Municipal projects run through a different process than private work: procurement portals, insurance and bonding requirements, and a paper trail on every submission. Winning the bid is step one. Delivering under that level of scrutiny is what earns the next one.

The Kitchener City Hall project adds to PAC's growing public-sector record, alongside work for school boards, municipalities and public agencies across Ontario. The standard is the same on every job, public or private.
