City Life Magazine Features PAC's First 10 Years

PAC Building Group turned 10 in 2025, and City Life Magazine marked the milestone with a feature in its Sept/Oct 2025 issue.

Where it started

Co-founders David Petrozza and Domenic Arcuri started PAC with a single pilot project: the renovation of a 22-storey high-rise in Toronto. The finished building was recognized as one of the best renovated in the city that year and earned praise from the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO).

What PAC builds today

Ten years on, PAC delivers condominium refurbishments, commercial developments, industrial new builds, institutional upgrades, multi-residential projects and public-sector work across Ontario. The work ranges from high-end condo revitalizations to new industrial warehouses, school board projects and municipal facilities.

The PAC Experience

The feature highlights what the founders call The PAC Experience: a company-wide standard built on clear communication, transparency and service. Clients always know where their project stands, on budget and on site. That approach is a big reason much of PAC's work comes from repeat partnerships.

The team behind it has grown to 35 people. In 2025 PAC was named to Great Place to Work Canada's Best Workplaces in Real Estate and Construction list, with a 97% employee satisfaction score. Around the same time, the City of Vaughan and the Province of Ontario both presented PAC with official recognitions for its 10th anniversary.

What comes next

PAC continues to grow in the industrial and institutional sectors and has been prequalified among a select group of contractors for public-sector work.
